Winemaking process :  
Produced by the bled-vat method named “saignée”.
Blend  :
Explosive blend of Mourvèdre and Carignan with Syrah and Grenache
Colour and flavours :
It has a soft pink colour that refers to its character as a wine : with an excellent aromatic length and depth, it displays fresh, elegant and floral notes overlying aromas of pear and light red fruits (raspberry and red currant)
Food and wine pairing :
Equally appreciated as an aperitif or throughout a meal, it expresses itself best at 9° and served as an accompaniment to grilled tuna or sea bass, paella, curried mussels or, alternatively, sweet and savoury Asian dishes such as pork with pineapple and chicken with orange.
